Turkey Cheeseburger Mac & Cheese
2 boxes Annie’s Classic Macaroni and Cheese
1 pound lean ground turkey
1/3 cup Annie’s Organic Ketchup
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
½ cup finely shredded kale
sliced green onions (to garnish)
1. Make macaroni and cheese according to package directions.
2. Brown turkey in a large skillet. Add ketchup, onion powder and garlic powder, stirring well.
3. Add macaroni to the turkey mixture, mixing until fully combined. Stir in tomatoes and kale.
4. Serve warm garnished with green onions, if desired.
