Vegan Cashew Butter "Queso"
1/2 cup Justin's Classic Cashew Butter
2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
1 teaspoon taco seasoning
1 clove garlic, minced
Juice from 1/2 a lemon
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/3 cup water
Sriracha (to taste)
Rollingreens Millet Tots, Tortilla Chips, Veggies (for dipping)
Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. Serve with Rollingreens Millet Tots, tortilla chips or veggies for dipping.
