Monster Energy Bites
INGREDIENTS:
2 1/2 cups old-fashioned oats
1 scoop Ripple Protein Powder
1 cup peanut butter
½ cup agave
1 teaspoon vanilla
½ cup dairy-free chocolate chips
½ cup dairy-free chocolate candies (such as Little Secrets)
DIRECTIONS:
1. In a large bowl, stir together the oats, protein powder, peanut butter, agave and vanilla until well combined. Stir in the chocolate chips and chocolate candies.
2. Roll dough into 2-tablespoon sized balls and place on a baking sheet. Refrigerate 30 minutes.
