Nutty Miso Salmon
INGREDIENTS
Marinade:
¼ cup white miso
2 tablespoons Justin’s Classic Almond Butter
3 cloves garlic
3 tablespoons minced ginger
2 tablespoons brown rice vinegar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
¼ cup maple syrup
Salmon:
6 (4-ounce) salmon filets
2 tablespoons sesame oil
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Combine all ingredients for marinade in a blender, and blend until smooth.
Place salmon filets in a bowl with marinade. Marinate 30-40 minutes.
Preheat broiler.
Heat a large sauté pan, and add sesame oil. Sear top of salmon until caramelized, flip filets, then place sauté pan in oven. Broil 5-7 minutes, or until salmon reaches desired doneness.
