We Got the Beet Latte

INGREDIENTS:

 

¼ cup brewed coffee

2 teaspoons beet powder

2 teaspoons maple syrup

1/8 teaspoon cinnamon

1/8 teaspoon ginger

1/8 teaspoon nutmeg

1 cup Ripple Barista Blend

 

DIRECTIONS:

 

Combine hot coffee, beet powder, maple syrup, and spices in a mug. Stir well.

 

In a small saucepan, heat the Barista Blend over medium-low heat until warm. Whisk vigorously or froth with a milk frother. Pour over the top of the coffee mixture. Sprinkle with beet powder as desired.
