Dairy-Free Cookie Butter Latte

Prep Shortbread Latte




1/3 cup hot espresso or strongly brewed coffee

1 tablespoon cookie butter

2/3 cup Ripple Barista Blend, frothed

ground cinnamon   




Combine hot espresso and cookie butter in a coffee cup, and stir until cookie butter has melted. Top with frothed Ripple Barista Blend and a sprinkle of cinnamon. Enjoy!
